my zanussi zwx1605w is not working how do i repair?

the end light flashes 5 times with an acoustic signal.everytime the machine is switched on and wont go past this point.the user manuel on page 19 only goes upto 4 flashes wich means door open.wot is wrong and how do i repair

Could also be an insulation issue on the motor but this would require a new motor
