Just found my Zen touch after almost a year, at the back of a store cupboard. Problem is I have not got the original wall charger or the original computer to zen 2.0 cable and a new lap-top without the original driver. I have used another cable from my daughters mp3 player to hook it up to the pc but I can't even switch the thing on to download the driver software to it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
