how to fix bb 8900 ?

My bb 8900 isn't responding to the correct keys that I press it pretty much does whatever it wants. I didnt drop it or get the phone wet, it just started randomly. I've taken my battery out a few times. Idk what else to do, can anyone help me fix it?

hi mate ive had the same problem with mine 8900 it cost me 30pound for a new sreen pad that was about a month ago now my round scroller is jammed it wont go up so bk to the shop i think for me good luck anyway.
