I need to replace my old boiler (13 yrs old Pott. Puma 80) as only the heating works and the hot water is cold.

Can someone please let me know if the following quote is correct from BG for a Vaillant ecotec pro 28 or am I being overcharged???

seems like they are charging you double my boss gas safe registered would probs do all that for around £1800 and he is gas safe registered and is qualified to power flush aswel.

Need I say you have already felt it is far too much, small things like plastering a bit of damaged wall you can do it yourself for next to nothing!

Get a quote from other private companies as well.
