Worcester 24CDI-Central heating Ok but no hot water?
My daughter has a Worcester 24cdi combi bolier in her flat.
The central heating part is OK but the hot water does not work properly. The only way she can get hot water is to turn the room thermostat up fully, eg 28 degrees and then run water until it comes out hot. The indicator light that used to come on when the hot water worked properly now does not come on when the hot water tap is turned on. Any ideas what is wrong. Thanks Glyn
I have been told it is the water to water heat exchanger causing problem,I have same problem and it is leaking.

look under the boiler remove clipon panel.just about central you will see the divertor valve at theright hand side a black box attached to it inside you will see a button if you switch on hot water the pin /button should move outwards making the microswitch inside the box if it does not move or only moves slightly the hot water diaphragm is damaged replacement is relatively cheap but not an easy job
