lower the grey drain pipe to the ground, remove any clips on the back of the machine that hold the pipe up, the drain hose should
leave the bottom of the machine and laid flat on the floor.
If the water floods out then the pump is the fault, If it trickles
out or dont flow at all then its a blockage.
