zanussi nexus fl881 door problems?

Can only open the door on my zanussi washing machine by hitting by the handle of the door very hard, is there any way to fix this

replace the door interlock and also make sure the handle pulls the door strike back correctly.make sure the door striker lines up correctly with the cabinet hole
