I have a HP Pavilion Slimline computer...I was creating birthday cards & going along successfully using Printmaster 12...All of a sudden I heard a crunching sound..I then realized that the disc program had broken into pieces...I was able to take some of the pieces out but the majority stayed inside...cannot see them...Is ther any way to get them out....Thanks
