There's nothing you can do yourself to reduce noise, it's usually a sign that the fixing sealant has gone brittle on a coil or transformer winding.
You don't describe the noise (buzz, whine, whistle, arcing) but I'll guess you can probably hear the scan coils vibrating as that's most common and can be annoying. It would sound as a harsh rasping buzz.
The scan coils surround the cathode ray tube neck. As they are an integral part of the tube they would be expensive to replace. Re-sealing rarely works outside of the factory, or at least I've never had any satisfactory results with it. So if it's under warranty, act now.
Most other coils aren't too expensive to replace.
PS: I'd advise that any abnormal noise is investigated. Obviously, if it were arcing/sparking noise then don't use the TV.
Apart from vibrating coils, some faults can cause noisy operation. Either way you'll need an engineer.
