click support folllow through and you'll come to download and you can get your manual.
The card itself may have been locked check the position of the slide on edge of card if in locked postion simply slide it back and re-insert card try it.
The lock is for protection of important photos you don't want deleted by accident so you'll push slide to 'LOCK' then unlock to download on to computer, or unlock to add more photos the others will be ok and will be told by display when card is full. Then just remove and set to 'LOCK' insert another card.
