My Toshiba RD-XS34SU HDD/DVD Vidio Recorder was no longer showing the time but showed an err... instead. I unpluged it and plugged it back in again but now all it will say is WAIT and will not operate at all. I've done this several times and it always says WAIT and it will not operate even though it feels like its running when you put your hand on the top of the machine.
