check the water is getting hot during the wash cycle as no heat during the wash will cause no drying at the end of the cycle.rinse aid dispensing isn't easy to see other than to say if you fill it up and it disappears over a few washes it must be going somewhere.sometimes you can hear the solenoid thump when it activates the rinse aid later in the cycle
