Cold water slow to fill?

I have a Kenmore series 70 washer. The cold water just dribbles into the machine taking it much longer to complete a cycle.

I checked the water coming in from the wall by hooking a garden hose to the source and it ran strong through the garden hose. I have changed both of the washing machine hoses, cleaned out the small filters that are right inside the line where you hook the hose to the washer. Still the water just dribbles in.

Is there another filter somewhere deeper in the washer that I am missing?

Help please...

hi, you need to change the water inlet valve (the part on the washer where the hoses screw on). that will fix her, about 20 bucks and 20mins.
