Hi,

I have the RT500 wireless room stat (new). It is correctly wired in boiler but not electricity reaching the receiver unit (no red or green lights). Any ideas what could have 'gone wrong' in the boiler and may need replacing? Boiler is W Bosch Greenstar 24i Junior. Thanks in advance. Roger
