Onkyo CP-1007A Turn Table?

I have an older Onkyo CP-1007A turntable that I am unable to get any sound out of the right channel. I have been able to verfiy with a continuity tester that none of the wires between the RF cables and the stylus are broken. When I plug in the right RF cable to either the left or right input of the reciever all I get is humming. The left channel operates fine with no distortion or humming in either the right or left input of the receiver. I am leaning towards a bad capacitor but have no way to confirm for sure.
Any ideas? Thanks!
