Need to change the interlock. Have the top off the washer but access to the interlock is awkward. Is there a better way to access this part

with the top off reach inside ans support the interlock while you remove the front screws when the lock comes free, note/draw/photo the position of the wires attach these to the NEW door switch, and then line up screw holes fit screws refit the top.

the other way to fit is working through the hole made by removing the front gasket seal.
