why is no water going into the washing machine(apm 8512)pipes appear sound and connections ok.

have you tried to disconnet the blue water hose that connects onto you copper pipe?  and test that water runs upto your connection .there should be a blue plastic isolation value that when turned horizontal this means the water tap is close if turned vertical the water should come through. if you test this you should know if you have running water
