I have power to my machine and leds display the programme I have set up. However, when press the Start/Pause button, nothing happens but the light above the Start/Pause button continues to flash.

turn the machine off with on/off switch on the front of the machine
press and hold the start/pause button and the skip button together
now switch the machine ON with the on/off button
wait a few seconds and then let go of ALL the buttons
the leds should scroll through
now press the cotton program button (1st from left??)
each press will make the machine try to do something
press the cotton button 9 times and hopefully a code will be displayed starting E--.post the -- code in yours on here
