Indesit WIE147 H2O problem?

Machine about 18 months old, not heavily used.

As soon as I start any cycle H2O appears. (even spin cycle)

When a wash cycle starts you can hear water coming into the drum then after a half a minute the cycle stops, well the H2O cycle kicks in with the odd rotation every half minute.

When tried with empty load you can see watwer in drum so it does not appear to be a water connection problem.

Any ideas,

Cheers

I have had this problem twice on my machine now, it is because the water sensor tubing has split, it is in a place in the machine where it will rub against the drum. Because water is leaking out of here the machine thinks there is no water in it.

You need to find this tubing and replace it.

Sorry it is not a very technical answer - that has just been my experience!

Did you ever get an answer to your question? Just interested as I had exactly the same problem. It happened just before I moved house and have had the washing machine in storage ever since so never got it resolved.

Hope you can help as I want to sell the machine now.

have you checked the water pressure is ok cause sounds like its timing out on a fill cycle ........ or change the inlet valves
