how can i fix my lexus is200 headlights?

My headlights woudnt turn off to startwith , now they wont come on at all, but high beam will still flash, bulbs and fuses are ok as is the lighting relay under the bonnet what else can it be

Its not the switch, relay or lamps. Ive just had the codes read using the 16pin port under the dash. The fault lies with the headlight control ecu. I shall be wiring the headlights the old school method seen as lexus want £1500 to solve a known issue.
