how can i fix beko washing machine?

washing machine was stopped half way through a wash cycle....water is still in the drum and the lights are still on so its not the fuse

press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds to reset the machine.also remove the filter at the bottom right corner and shine a torch in to the filter housing and see if anything is in the drain pump impeller
