the pressure has dropped to between 0 & 1 therefore the system will not come on. After turning the system off, where do i locate the pressure lever to amend this issue?

there should be a filling loop, from teh cold water pipe to the boiler, sometimes they are unscrewed after filling. (one end dangles free) sometimes left connected, just turn the inline tap until you get the pressure you require, then turn off the tap, if you put in too much, there is a red release knob on the overflow valve on the right hand side
