If you can't turn off your Excel fully it's likely, particulary if it's a few years old, that the ceramic discs in the cartridge are note shutting off completely. Parts or a fixed price repair are available from Mira by ringing 0844 571 5000

Electrically or water John? You 'll need to find the diverter or tap for the water and the circuit breaker for the electric before messing about inside the shower.
