leaking washer bottle?

My washer bottle is leaking, i assume it has a hole in it, or could it just be a hose come off?

Check hose fitment , bend hose to see if cracked

More than likely to be a crack in the plastic, find it ,clean with soapy water , use a soldering iron and carefully melt it together again,, for double strength super glue a piece of plastic over the crack after melting together , good luck
