it was all working fine until this morning, boiler is supplying plenty of hot water but rads are cold. on the side of the pump there is a plastic disc that turns with a flat head screw driver. when turning it just one 'notch', the boiler kicked in! Is this ok to leave or should i call my central heating man?

this is the speed selector normally on two if you've gravity h/water you've probably put it on three it's not a major problem but can if left create airlocks sometimes running on three for a short while gets the pump running smoothly and you can turn it back to two if it still fails to start then your looking at a new pump but it is not an emergency
