We have a Baxi Bermuda 401 Boiler...
There is no flame in the unit even though it is switched on.what could be the possible reason. Could it be that the spark ignition is not working as there is no spart even when we turn it towards right..

push the grey knob in and at the same time repeatedly push the small orange knob under the black box with the thermostat on it when the pilot lights keep the grey knob pushed in for approx. 15 secs. then release if the pilot stays lit the boiler should come on if the pilot goes out try again if pilot keeps going out you may need a service or new thermocouple
