what kind of insulation do i place under the tiles on the roof of my kitchen? it is on an old house with a pitch roof but on taking a few tiles of the other week i noticed that in the gaps under the tiles there is what used to be some sort of insulation but nothing now....should i just use rockwool inbetween or something different?
