When I try to make a drink after putting in the coffee pod and pulling the lever down, flicking the lever to the right to start - the machine makes a noise but only a constant drip of water is going into the cup. There must be a blockage somewhere stopping the water being released to make a drink. Can anyone help me?!

My machine has, over a period of time, only been heating the milk to lukewarm. It now does not heat it at all.

Is there a simple fix?
