Zanussi ZJD12191 washer dryer stopped working?

When I start any prgramme on my Zanussi ZJD12191 WD the Start/Pause led flashes, the door doesn't lock and nothing happens. Checked water input and outlet and cleaned filter, what could br wrong please ? Pam
