Hi.
i bought a redmango mp3 player
2gb and i ant had it to long now
but when i turn it on the light comes
on and then it go's and switches
itself off i tried changing the batteries i tried
taking the music of and putting it back on again
and nothing seems to have worked. Do you know
how i can fix this
If you have a download that is out of copyright, this will stop the player working. eg. Some BBC downloads will work for a limited period. Clear your library, and try just downloading something you know is 'legit'. It may work
