My Hoover New Wave Plus 5 WN146 is leaking ?

It is leaking from the draw where you put the powder when it is filling!!!!
What could be the cause??

Mine did the same. It was because the water pressure was too high and it was splashing over and looked like it was leaking from the bottom of the tray. We turned the cold down a little and it stopped "leaking". Hope that helps.
