Its an internal fault on the unit.its either cd not playing or radio notwork

Error code E11 is "SPI bus failure" the correction is "check and repair wiring harness" if OK "replace audio unit.

so Disconnect the battery, for about ten min's then...
... reconnect the battery may fix it for you
