When I turn the machine on, the water flow begins and stops and starts, then straws all together, on both hot and cold cycles, I tryed changing the hoses around, but no change, any one out there?? can give me a tip. thanks Jim.

Can't help you until you give the error code. After stopping & starting for a while it will eventually start beeping & lights on panel will change. Write down which lights are on & which are off along the top row from left to right. Need exact order to read the code. Post result back here.
