miele w830 front loader - Australia?

rinse light flashes & it wont spin & I think the wash is not really good , we had to rewash the clothes. Machine is about 10 years old.

The rinse light flashes because the drum is not turning - that's why the wash is poor & you have no spin.
Either the carbon brushes are worn on the drive motor, or the power module is faulty.
