cannon gas cooker control knob does not turn. ( stuck )?

I have a cannon gas cooker 50cm about 10 year old, one of the control knob does not turn on anymore, it is stuck in the off possition, i have tried cleaning sprays & WD 40 but nothing worked. Please HELP.
