change the drum bearings? Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 WM64?

Iv taken the drum apart to change the bearings and the inner bearing outer caseing needs to be removed but How?

to wirecutterman; Ive tried this but it doesn't work - its in a plastic case and i'm afraid of breaking the cases, any other ideas?

delicate use of a hammer and chisel from the opposite side then clean the bearing hole of any burrs (damage )that prevents the new bearing fitting
