We had to turn the elcetricty off this morning for an emergency repair. We turned it back on but didn't check the boiler. This evening there is no heat. When I looked the pressure was 0. So I topped up using the loop thing. The pressure is now 2 but the boiler won't fire up. There are no blue flashing lights.
