Hmmmm.
Quite an old machine-between 11 & 17 years old.
Start a programme. It should drain for 30 seconds. Then try to fill. At this point, the inlet valves should vibrate ( feel them ( the grey box attached to the water supply)). If they do, then wait till they stop & open the door. Is there water inside ? ( put your finger in & see ! ).
If the box doesn't vibrate then its a problem with the power to these valves.
If it does vibrate & no water goes into the machine then its a problem with the valves or an internal blockage.
If water does go into the machine, leave it on for 3 minutes, then see if it circulates the water for washing. If it doesn't then the circulation pump is seized.
Seems like such a simple question but not necessarily so.
Let me know
