we have just bought the vehicle and the stereo is locked, how do i get the unlock code, its a 04model and the stereo is 6000d

try this first

simply turn on the radio,
hold down button 6 and press 2.
The serial may be shown allowing you to easily get your ford radio code
on some it's 6+1 serial looks something like M123456

If not remove to get serial
