look for signs of a leak from the detergent compartment, usually have to replace the whole assembly minus drawer to cure it, if not there then check around the door seal for signs of a split/tear in it, check the drain isn't blocked that the machines pumps out into, this can back up and run out under the machine, check the filter is in tight
