I have a NEFF W5320 X0 GB Washing Machine that appears to be stuck in Drain Mode. It came about after clearing the drain/filter. We had to empty the machine by opening the door because the motor was stuck due to clogging by a Bra wire. Before this, various options were chosen, Spin, etc but I think that bercause the cycles weren't allowed to complete I think the circuit board is "confused". The machine won't now fill for a wash

Hi. This Neff washer I believe is quite old but it did work. Got hit by Hurricane Maria here in Dominica.
Turned on the machine, she powered up there are only red lights on the panel.. there is not digital panel, just the red dots under the prewasj, easy iron, rinse plus, intensive. Can you please help !!!
