Ice found in bottom of my frost free freezer?

I've found a buildup of ice under the bottom drawer in my Bosch fridge freezer.I have had this before and i managed to get all og the ice out which had built up behind the plastic panel behind the drawers.Could it be a dodgy door leaking ?

is there a drain tube sat above the compressor drip tray at the back?.If so check once defrosted that water comes out of there freely otherwise water will back up and freeze in the base of the freezer compartment
