How do I get water into the central heating system fed by aIdeal Isar HE24 ?

How do I get water into the central heating system fed by an Ideal Isar HE24 boiler to get rid of the air in the radiators?

Below the boiler there will be a tee piece and a valve on the central heating circuit and another one on the cold water feed to the boiler, each has a connection, for a flexible hose which should be nearby.

Link the heating cricuit to the cold feed using the flexible hose, then slightlly open the valve on the heating pipe first then slightly open valve on the cold feed. watch the pressure gauge near the boiler and fill to 1bar pressure. turn of the valves and disconnect the hose. The system should be cold before filling.
