try get your labtop to start in (safety mode) as the labtop is Booting up" keep pressing on (F8 key) tapping on it ,till it starts up, and use the up and down arrows to high light (safety mode) hight light it and press enter " it should start in safety mode, when it dose , you will have A desktop back ,but not the normal full one, next is to click on start, then programs, then (accessories) then (systems tools) then click on (system restore) you pick a date/time to when when your labtop was working ok , last week last month ect, and click ok" and it should take your pc back to when it was fine , every thing will be saved by this move . good luck
