My Creda 1200 Excell will not drain. It is stopped with a drum full of water. It sounds as though it is trying to drain but for whatever reason it dosent do it and the drum just keepis going at increased revs, but not full spin speed without interruption. It is also making a clicking noise as if it is trying to implement an instruction and is unable to do so.
The machine is 5 years old and I really need to have a possible diagnosis before deciding if it is worth spending any money on.

Your pump filter is blocked, drain the water out, remove filter and clean,, check for any obstruction of the impeller, should work after that
