A CD was put in but won't eject. It says no disc. When eject is pressed it says no disc. When play is pressed it says no disc. Help please...I do have mechanical skills.

After getting not one answer on this website, I decided to call Bose Corporation service (I'm out of warranty by years). Bose Corp's representative advised:
Unplug the Bose Wave radio from the receptacle.
Wait thirty seconds.
Plug it back in.
It will reset and should eject the stuck CD.
IT WORKED! Note: the CD in question had a peel strip on it that apparently was the reason for it getting stuck - DO NOT put peel (adhesive) strips to lable the CD - Use a felt tipped marker that identifies the CD without increasing the thickness. I hope this prevents someone else from having a stuck CD. Best regards,
