My sky box broke last week & I have now got a new one but for some reason the control isn't working properly. Whenever I press the sky, tv guide, interactive, services or box office buttons as well as carrying out the said action it also changes the tv channel, so instead of being on the sky AV channel I'm on the digital tv channel. So I keep having to change the tv channel which is highly annoying.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
