I have sellotape marks on my windows and i cant get them off. Does anyone know of any substance that will remove it

You must try thesethings out on an test location.
Brasso, Tcut, nail varnish remover, new razor blade - have a good look up close afterwards to ensure no scratches or frosting of the glass - would say razor blade best - that's what I have used.
