Digistrat RF1 control has stopped communicating with SCR?

Changed the batteries yesterday and now my RF1 control has stopped communicating with the SCR so have had to press the top button to over ride the system so the heating will come on. I have re conditioned but is still not communicating. Can any one please please help me
