My 50/50 frost-free fridge/freezer APM6855 will not cool down. It has been without cold for about two days. How do i get it to cool down again?

hi danielle,im having the exact same problem.like u mines been warm for 3days?i cant understand how to get it back to cold:(.you can try googling the make of youre fridge freezer eg,hotpoint Fridge freezer settings i did and it sholud tell you what to do.unfortunatly for me i havent got the model number so i couldont acsess the settings.but try that and it might help.let me no.Elisha
